Every Spring Institute features talks by leading and emerging scholars on new theoretical and methodological developments as well as talks by disability activists or professionals. We also allow plenty of time to discuss these with speakers as well as amongst the Spring Institute participants. Some of the theories and methods might not be new to the field they originate in but might not yet have been used in the context of disability.
